Langham Hotel Cooking Classes

Chefs Daniel Kenney, Mark Sapienza and John Quinn of Julien at The Langham Hotel are putting together some spring cooking classes featuring new and creative ways to prepare classic dishes. Each class consists of an hour and a half of instruction and meal preparation, followed by a three-course meal paired with wines. Participants will receive a commemorative apron, recipe cards and a certificate of completion. The classes, which cost $125 per person not including tax and gratuity, start off with a reception at 5:30pm followed by class at 6:00pm.
