The Eldredge Room Opens in Chatham

Friday, May 13th marks the opening of chef Toby Hill‘s Eldredge Room at the Queen Ann Inn in Chatham. Hill, whose resume includes stints at the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Chillingsworth in Brewster, Spire at the Nine Zero Hotel and The Federalist at XV Beacon, will be creating an innovative, light-hearted, all-American menu that’ll offer an interesting contrast to the elegant yet relaxed dining room. Known for his dedication to supporting local growers and vintners, Hill will be offering both an a la carte and chef’s tasting menu comprised of dishes like braised Four Story Farm veal cheek rillettes; and caramelized corn, morel and shallot-stuffed Bobo Farms poussin. The fifty-seat dining room at the Eldredge Room will be open for dinner from 6:00-10:00pm nightly during the summer (though they’ll be closed on Tuesdays during the month of May), so call 508.945.0394 to make reservations.
