Award-Winning Ana Sortun at Oleana

Congratulations to Oleana’s Ana Sortun who was just named the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef Northeast at the May 2nd awards ceremony. She also adds an assortment of new dishes to her portfolio this month including some new desserts from pastry chef Maureen Kilpatrick.
