Marathon Days at Bambara

Whether you’re running the marathon or cheering from the sidelines, chef Michael Haimowitz invites you to join him at Bambara at the Hotel Marlowe for a special Marathon Days menu, available Monday, April 18th through Friday, April 22nd. The two-course, prix fixe lunch option – a half marathon priced at $13.10 – includes options like red pepper and rosemary bisque and toasted leek cream; and foraged mushroom risotto with crisp aparagus, shaved grana padano and tarragon oil. The three-course, prix fixe dinner menu – a full marathon priced at $26.20 – offers selections like yellowtail ceviche with shaved vegetable slaw, yuzu vinaigrette; olive oil poached halibut with gnocchi, fava beans, baby artichokes and smoked tomato broth; and chocolate and peanut dipped banana with chocolate chip-peanut butter ice cream and rum caramel.
