The evenings, which start at 6:30pm, offer guests the opportunity to learn a little something while trying cuisine from chefs Amanda Lydon and Susie Regis. Tuesday, May 10th – Wine & Cheese Pairing Event – A truly wonderful opportunity to taste and enjoy artisan cheeses from around the world with a selection of fine wines to complement them. Costs $45 per person.
Wednesday, May 18th – Sideways: Pinot Noir Revival – Sideways got everyone talking about pinot noir; now enjoy some of California’s best. Costs $85 per person.
Wednesday, May 25th – Chardonnay Tasting – Chardonnay has always been one of the more popular varietals – take a tour to Burgundy and California to source out some exceptional wines. Costs $39 per person.
