Nuestra Culinary Ventures, a small business development program for new food entrepreneurs, welcomes some of the area’s best known chefs to share the secrets of their success in the 2005 Celebrity Chef Series. Designed for people just starting out in the food industry, the classes cost $60 per person and get underway at 7:00pm at the NCV’s commercial kitchen facility in Jamaica Plain.
