Earth Week Prix Fixe at Lumière

To celebrate Earth Day chef Michael Leviton will be running a special Earth Week Prix Fixe menu at Lumière. The three course menu, which will be available from Monday, April 18th through Friday, April 22nd, will feature local, organic and sustainable ingredients in dishes like Stonington Maine peeky toe crab salad with organic beets and asparagus, Wolfe’s Neck Farm hanger steak with organic french fries and aged balsamic vinegar; and marinière of local shellfish with organic spring vegetables and champagne broth.
