The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers hosts the second annual Great American Bake Sale on Sunday and Monday April 17th and 18th. Drop by the main lobby of the hotel (at 64 Arlington Street) from 6:00am-6:00pm where participating pastry chefs will be selling signature desserts and other tasty treats to raise funds for Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger. Some of the city’s top chefs and pastry chefs including Jon McKeigue of Bonfire, Finale’s Nicole Coady, Justino Fernandes of Swans Café, Tom Ponticelli of Davio’s and Michael Rhoads of Via Matta will be on hand for the two day fundraiser which also features celebrity chef demonstrations, raffle drawings, cookie eating contests and a recipe contest.
