Spring Culinary Series at the Boston French Center

Take a closer look at bistro fare at the French Library and Cultural Center’s Spring Culinary Series. This spring, the Center welcomes some of Boston’s top bistro chefs for weekly cooking demonstrations. Chef Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro is up first on Monday, April 4th, followed by chefs from Troquet on Monday, April 11th, Pierrot Bistro Francais on Monday, April 25th and Aquitaine on Monday, May 2nd. Guests will enjoy a cooking demonstration from each chef followed by a three or four course meal paired with wine. Each class costs $55 for members and $70 for non-members, though the whole set of four classes can be purchased for $195 for members and $250 for non-members.
