Latin Dinner Series Returns to Chez Henri

In mid-March, Chez Henri’s popular Latin Dinner Series returns with adventurous $38 menus based on the “undiscovered” cuisines of Latin America. Chef Paul O’Connell kicks off the series on March 15th with a menu that features three-course meals based on recipes from Peru and Colombia. Items on the menu, which will be available from the 15th through the 24th, include Sopa de Almejas, a Colombian clam stew with tomatoes, peppers and potatoes; and Tiradito, Peruvian lamb skewers with a soy and ginger-based glaze.
