New Orleans Festival at Magnolias

From Tuesday, March 1st through Saturday, April 2nd, Magnolias celebrates New Orleans with one of chef John Silberman’s signature festival menus. Silberman recreates specialties straight from the French Quarter – drop in for seafood gumbo with shrimp, crawfish and oysters; shrimp remoulade over chunky avocado salsa garnished with a deviled egg; or blackened prime rib topped with a garlic-Worcestershire sauce with mixed vegetables and mashed new and sweet potatoes.
