Monday, March 7thMarch of Spring Foods – Come taste the first flavors of spring with chef Jody Adams, of Rialto. Adams will use her award-winning culinary talent to demonstrate some of her new seasonal recipes. Generous samples will be served with matching wines. The class costs $65 per person and runs from 6:00-8:00pm.

Saturday, March 12thWatertown Market Tour – Chef Ana Sortun introduces students to the Watertown markets that inspire her eastern Mediterranean menu at Oleana. The class, which runs from 10:00am-2:00pm costs $75 per person and includes lunch and gratuities.

Mondays, March 14th, 21st and 28thItalian Cooking Series: The Rustic Way – Chef Bill Bradley, executive chef of Rustic Kitchen, takes guests on an interactive culinary journey through three Italian regions, Veneto, Lombardy and Piedmont respectively. Each week, guests will prepare menu from a different region each night under Bradley’s instruction after which they’ll enjoy the meal they’ve created paired with regional wines. Each session runs from 6:00-9:00pm and costs $125, though you can purchase the whole series for $350.

Tuesday, April 12thThe Best of Barbara – Chef Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park, B&G Oyster and The Butcher Shop shares the culinary secrets behind her signature dishes, including her trademark pasta. Enjoy samples of the menu served with perfectly paired wines. The class costs $65 per person and runs from 6:00-8:00pm.
