Monday, March 1st – Not Your Average Chicken – Everyone could use a few cool new chicken recipes. Crawley and pupils will explore just how versatile and upscale this humble bird can be while creating three unique entrees worthy of being added to your culinary repertoire. A surprise dessert will round out the evening.

Monday, March 29th – Italian Classics Part 1 – Crawley and company will be doing “old school” North End by preparing some favorites that you’ll enjoy preparing at home like ricotta gnocchi with parma prosciutto and fried sage; stuffed veal roast with marsala sauce and truffle essence, and tiramisu for a sweet ending.
