During the month of January, curious oenophiles can head to the bar at Aujourd’hui on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm for the chance to taste some of the world’s most exquisite wines as selected by Aujourd’hui sommelier, Ted Davidson. Guests will explore the hills of Spain, valleys of France and wine country of Sonoma Valley with Davidson as guide. Accompanying hors d’oeuvres will be provided by chef de cuisine Jérôme Legras. The educational tastings premiere on Tuesday January 11th, featuring the wine of Domaine Maillard of Burgundy France followed by a survey of wines from Priorat Spain on Tuesday, January 18th and a selection of wines from Dry Creek Vineyard in Sonoma Valley on Tuesday, January 25th.
