Grotto’s New Year’s Resolution Menu

If your New Year’s resolutions include eating healthier or maybe shedding a few pounds, chef Scott Herritt’s Resolution Menu at Grotto might make it a little easier. Herritt has whipped up a three course menu featuring an asparagus and fresh winter orange salad; black olive brushed steamed cod with a roasted tomato zucchini ragu; and a mixed berry sorbetto with fresh berries.
