Winter Cooking Classes with Jody Adams

Make the best of the worst of winter with chef Jody Adams in any of her three upcoming cooking classes. In this series of tutorials, Adams turns her attention to entertaining and introduces her personalized interpretation of Party Food, Street Food and Table Food. Students will come away with wonderful recipes and a wealth of ideas as to how to put a new spin on favorites in their personal repertoire. All classes begin at 11:00am at Rialto and cost $75 each. The best strategy for such an occasion is to think about a menu that is happy at room temperature and doesn’t need too much tending. Mediterranean recipes for a winter party will be paired with three wines chosen by wine director Patrick Dubsky.
