Chefs Creighton Peet and Aaron Webb have designed some remarkably creative menus this winter for Roobar Falmouth, Hyannis and Chatham. Peet, who heads up the Falmouth kitchen has BBQ glazed duck breast and meatloaf and seafood jambalaya on the menu and will be making fresh sushi every Friday and Saturday night. Webb, who oversees both the Hyannis and Chatham has added slow braised pork shank and pan seared sea scallops to his winter menus.
