Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel will be hosting a new series of special evenings designed to highlight the restaurant’s bar and specialty cocktails, while allowing guests to sample a selection of chef Daniel Bruce’s inventive cuisine. Drop in for a rare chance to taste flights of four specially selected wines not normally available by the glass. Flights are generally $25 each for four 2 and a half ounce pours. On Wednesdays, bar patrons can sample complimentary, bite-sized portions of Bruce’s most recent creations. Swing by on Thursdays for martini flights, which feature a rotating selection of one and a half ounce cocktails. Flights rotate throughout the month, starting with Infusions and continuing on with Classic Gins, Modern Classics and Anything But Classics.
