Excelsior Opening for Lunch

From December 9th through December 23rd, amidst all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, chef Eric Brennan will be adding a special seasonal lunch menu to the docket at Excelsior. The upstairs dining room, with its bird’s eye view of the public garden, is the perfect spot for end-of-the-year business luncheons or for a rejuvenating bite to eat for weary Newbury St. shoppers. The three-course prix fixe menu features dishes like pan seared foie gras with pear-golden raisin compote and gingerbread melba, grilled lobster salad sandwich with red cabbage slaw and kettle chips; and classic crème brulee.
