Coriander kicks off their Winter Cooking Class Series with three new installments. On Monday, November 22nd, from 7:00-9:00pm, chef Kevin Crawley will welcome guests for Italian Night, in which he’ll be demonstrating traditional Caesar salad with a California twist; veal cacciatore over polenta, pear tart with amaretto and mascarpone. On Saturday, November 27th, from 7:00-9:00pm, Crawley hosts guests for The Best of Coriander – Volume III, with a menu of Boston bibb salad with crispy prosciutto, fire roasted peppers and green goddess dressing; chicken “grandmere” style; and apple crisp en paquet with armagnac caramel and calvados ice cream. On Saturday, December 11th, from 10:00am-12:00pm, join pastry chef Dorian McCarron for a Dessert Primer in which he’ll give guests the lowdown on dessert crepes, chocolate truffles and a primer in cake baking and decorating.
