Click through to get a glimpse of chef Anthony Dawodu’s, contemporary American cuisine, which fuses traditional New England elements with hints of the exotic. Dawodu, who hails most recently from Four Seasons Boston, uses locally grown produce, freshly caught seafood and home-made pastas to create a menu that’s gained popularity for its vegetarian options and ability to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
