Sommelier Ted Davidson has created a vertical tasting of this incomparable wine – three one-ounce pours of three different vintages, 1986, 1991, and 1996 to demonstrate the wine’s progression over time. The tasting is available for $75 per flight (a bottle would set you back anywhere from $500-$1000). Davidson recommends pairing the tasting with chef Jérôme LeGras’ foie gras appetizer.
