Aujourd’hui Introduces Vodka Flights

With a wine library featuring more than 1800 bottles, you’d think Aujourd’hui sommelier Ted Davidson would have his hands full. Nope. He’s recently introduced chilled vodka flights to the newly expanded bar at Aujourd’hui. Each evening, guests can sample three unusual vodkas. So far, varieties have included 42 Below, a honey vodka from New Zealand; Vermont Spirits, made from Vermont maple syrup; and Hangar One, a vodka made from an obscure citrus fruit, Buddha’s hand. The vodkas are stored in blocks of ice, which ensures the most intense and pristine flavors, and served in miniature martini glasses. The vodka flights start at $16 per flight.
