Wine School Back in Session at Meritage

For everyone who enjoys a great glass of wine, but finds themselves at a loss when choosing from lengthy restaurant wine lists, Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel has reintroduced their Meritage Wine School. Each educational (and delicious) session begins with a 30-minute reception at the Meritage bar with Sommelier Jamie Moore, host and instructor for the evening. Students will then be seated in the dining room for a five-course wine dinner specially created by Meritage chef Daniel Bruce. During dinner, Moore will explain the origin and craftsmanship of each wine, while students experience firsthand how the wines enhance the flavor of food and vice versa. Classes, which will be held on the third Tuesday of each month, are limited to 20 participants. Each session begins with a reception at 6:00pm, followed by dinner at 6:30pm.
