Summer in the Soiree Room at UpStairs on the Square

Chefs Amanda Lydon and Susie Regis have put their heads together to create some spectacular summer menus for UpStairs on the Square’s new Chef’s Choice Prix Fixe Menu. Available Monday through Friday nights all summer, the three-course menu costs $45 per person and features only the freshest local ingredients from nearby farms like Allendale and Eva’s Garden in South Dartmouth. Call 617.864.1933 to make your reservations for menus like torchon of foie gras with fresh cherries and ramps; slow roasted Niman Ranch pork chops with roasted farm peaches, cipolline onions and mustard greens; and buttermilk panna cotta with first-of-the-season local strawberries.
