In response to numerous requests from his guests, chef Jay Coburn will be offering a Chef’s Tasting Menu Sundays through Thursdays at Chester Restaurant. The tasting menu will feature slightly smaller selections from the regular menu, thereby allowing guests to try a wider variety of tempting dishes from their kitchen. An optional wine flight will also be design to complement the menu. The Tasting Menu can also be prepared for the entire table’s enjoyment.
