European Summer Cheese Series

For the summer, L’Espalier has upgraded their ever-popular Cheese Tuesdays into the European Summer Cheese Series – an entertaining, informative and delicious monthly cheese series. Chef Frank McClelland and fromager Louis Risoli will be welcoming award-winning cheesemakers to host each special evening of cheese education. Each evening will include a four-course dinner with a different wine paired with each course. The fourth course will be a grand cheese tasting selected by the featured guest.
