Chef Jody Adams welcomes guests to join her this summer for any or all of three intimate cooking demonstrations at Rialto. Focusing on summer seafood and local farm produce, Adams will prepare one seafood recipe using ingredients available that week at the farmer’s market. She’ll be working with soft shell crabs, striped bass, littleneck clams, sorrel, corn and of course, tomatoes. Guests will get a chance to watch Adams in action, taste that night’s dish, sip some wine and receive a copy of the recipe to take home. Classes cost $40 per person and start at 6:00pm on Friday, June 25th, Wednesday, July 21st and Wednesday August 18th.
