During the month of May, Magnolias’ Festival Menu will pay tribute to the Lone Star State with tasty trilogies of Texas cuisine. On Tuesdays through Saturdays between now and May 29th, chef John Silberman will be offering dishes like grilled chicken breast with creamy guacamole, spicy chipotle salsa served in a crispy corn tortilla bowl; tipsy tequila shrimp surrounded with avocado salsa; and grilled pork tenderloin served over baby field greens and marinated cactus, dressed with chili-pineapple vinaigrette.
