Eat Well, Inc. celebrates the opening of its newest Hingham hotspot, Caffe Tosca, scheduled to open in late April. Caffe Tosca, which will be located in the former home of Casa Del Rey, takes some of its cues from its established sister restaurant and namesake, Tosca, where chef Kevin Long delights guests with new and innovative takes on Italian cuisine. Caffe Tosca, while adhering to the same emphasis on quality and value, will provide a simpler, less complex vision. Each month, chef Brian Hennebury will create a menu featuring food from various regions in Italy. Expect signature pasta dishes, a selection of wood-grilled pizzas, a wide variety of entrees and Italian-inspired desserts. Caffe Tosca will be open Sunday through Thursday from 5:00-10:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 5:00-11:00pm. Lunch will be available starting in early June. Call 781.740.9400 for more information.
