Savory & Sweet Seminars at Le Soir

Starting in June, chef Mark Allen and pastry chef David James will be inviting guests into the kitchen at Le Soir for semi-monthly cooking classes. Taught on the first and last Monday of each month, the hands-on cooking classes, which can be purchased in pairs, will allow guests a glimpse at the harmonious balance between sweet and savory. The class held on the first Monday of the month will feature a savory appetizer and entrée from chef/owner Mark Allen, while the class on the last Monday of the month will complete the meal with a pastry lesson from pastry chef David James and a cheese primer taught by the experts from Wasik’s Cheese Shop in Wellesley. Classes will be held from 11:30am until 3:00pm and the cost is 225 per month (two classes). Each class is limited to 5 students and reservations are required, so call 617.965.3100 for the monthly schedule and to save yourself a spot.
