Coriander continues their nearly weekly Cooking Class Series with a spring installment. On Monday, April 26th Crawley will welcome guests for a course titled Larry The Lobster, a by the numbers primer on lobster preparation in which Crawley will demonstrate a unique lobster and corn chowder made with three kinds of potatoes. He’ll then move on to pan roasted lobster with PEI Mussels in a lemon coriander nage. Stick around for an as yet unnamed gooey dessert treat.
