After a brief renovation, The Bristol at the Four Seasons Hotel will re-open with a fresh new look on Monday, March 15th. Expect warm New England colors, new furniture and fixtures in the familiar backdrop of sofa and table seating. The menu will still have your favorite Bristol offerings ‘though it too will have some new touches. Swing by for a power breakfast of Maine lobster eggs benedict with spinach, tomato and tarragon hollandaise; or black truffle scrambled eggs on brioche, maple smoked bacon and herb roasted potatoes.
