Perhaps it shouldn’t be a surprise that a restaurant adjacent to a health club should, in the midst of protein-stacked diet fads, roll out a menu that takes a balanced approach to healthy eating. The Look Good, Feel Good lunch menu at blu is available to the public for the first time this month. For $22, lunch guests at blu can select a three-course menu that features fresh, healthy dishes from chef Dante deMagistris. The menu, a collaboration between deMagistris and the Sports Club LA’s dietitian, features an appetizer, entrée and dessert prepared using low-fat techniques and ingredients.
