Or explore the uses of fresh, pureed and frozen fruits in Saturday May 15th’s Spring & Summer Fruit in Pastry. For those of you with more flexible schedules, there are Monday and Tuesday workshops as well. Tuesday workshops include Petit Fours on April 6th; Spring & Summer Pastry on April 13th and Morning Pastry on April 27th.
