New Orleans Festival Menu

Mardi Gras has come and gone but the celebration continues all month long at Magnolias, where chef John Silberman gets back to his culinary roots with his New Orleans Festival menu. Silberman’s years working for Paul Prudhomme at K-Paul’s are readily apparent in a menu that boasts Bourbon Street favorites like shrimp remoulade served over crispy fried green tomatoes; blackened sirloin steak and banana pepper skewers served with an orange creolaise dipping sauce; and crab and shrimp stuffed rainbow trout, topped with a browned lemon butter sauce.
