Every Wednesday evening (except ones on which wine dinners are scheduled), Wine Director Lorenzo Savona offers a unique tasting opportunity at UpStairs on the Square. Guests can explore up to five wines matched with tasting plates prepared by chef de cuisine Susan Regis. Space is limited to 30 people, all of whom will be seated at communal tables to facilitate lively discussion generated by Lorenzo’s in-depth tasting comments.
