Bonta in Hampton, New Hampshire welcomes chef Christophe Pineau of Monaco for the restaurant’s second annual Monte Carlo Week. Chef Bob Enigk and the Bonta staff will be taking a break from their normal Northern Italian cuisine from Tuesday, February 17th through Saturday, February 21st when Pineau takes over behind the line.
