Monte Carlo Week at Bonta

Bonta in Hampton, New Hampshire welcomes chef Christophe Pineau of Monaco for the restaurant’s second annual Monte Carlo Week. Chef Bob Enigk and the Bonta staff will be taking a break from their normal Northern Italian cuisine from Tuesday, February 17th through Saturday, February 21st when Pineau takes over behind the line. The menu is still under wraps at the moment but guests can expect different a la carte menu filled with Monaco’s regional specialties.
