L’Espalier has added dates to their ongoing Wine Monday Series, including some special Sunday installments. The schedule features some spectacular wines from across the globe paired with award-winning French-New England cuisine from chef Frank McClelland. The evenings combine education and degustation by including a wine briefing by L’Espalier sommelier Erik Johnson complete with full descriptions of each wine offered.
