Resolution Friendly Menu at Excelsior

In the wake of the holiday season, chef Lydia Shire has introduced a new de-light-ful menu at Excelsior that’s designed to make it a little easier to keep your New Year’s resolutions. Try Beach Point oysters on the half shell; hot baked tangerine soufflé with iced Dungeness crab; or Chilean sea bass with Meyer lemon & fragrant salsa verde. Of course, for those who’ve already abandoned their resolutions, Shire’s seak with Roquefort butter and beet lace; and lobster pizza are still on the menu.
