Chef Laura Brennan and sous chef Adam Halberg will be hosting a series of four informal Country Style Italian & French Dinners during the months of February and March. Each three-course dinner will highlight and explore the cuisine from a particular region. On the schedule so far: Tuesday, February 3rd, Alsace-Lorraine; Tuesday, February 24th, a Neapolitan Feast, Carnivale – an Italian Mardi Gras; Tuesday, March 9th, Piedmonte and finally on Tuesday, March 30th, Paris.
