The Coriander Bistro folk have unveiled their 2004 Cooking Tutorial schedule. Classes generally take place on Mondays from 7:00-9:00pm and cost $50 per person. That’s Right, The Women are Smarter – Join the crew at Coriander on Monday, January 19th when Sous Chef Rebecca Newell steers them through a Caribbean style feast. Chef Kevin Crawley will assist Newell in preparing a menu of island prawns with black beans, Jamaican jerk slow-cooked pork and grilled bananas with mango sauce and coconut ice cream.
Hey Cupid – There’s an Arrow in My Soup – Your Valentines Day will never be the same after chef Kevin Crawley and pastry chef Dorian McCarron school you in the art of culinary romance. On Monday, January 26th libido enhancing favorites like oysters and classic chateaubriand for two will be served, as will McCarron’s Love Potion No. 9 ~ chocolate paté with Frangelico and tiny hazelnut scones.
