Sandrine’s celebrates their birthday with a weeklong celebration from Monday, December 15th through Sunday, December 21st. Chef Raymond Ost will be offering a three-course menu with dishes like Maine lobster and cauliflower bisque; artichoke salad with bleu cheese terrine; and Long Island duck Magret with wild mushroom risotto, buttered haricot verts and dried fig sauce.
