As it turns out, we welcome chef Ed Gannon and Aujourd’hui to BostonChefs on the eve of Gannon’s departure. In his decade as executive chef at The Four Seasons’ AAA Five Diamond Award winning restaurant, Gannon has continually raised the bar for fine dining establishments, creating food that is as visually arresting as it is delectable.
