As the flagship restaurant in Eat Well, Inc.’s Hingham restaurant empire, Tosca, under the direction of chef Kevin Long, draws both suburban and urban crowds. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods and an open kitchen from which Long produces dishes like the halibut and lamb tasting plates that he recently added to his BostonChefs.com portfolio.
