Sweet Homes 2003

More than 75 of the Boston area’s foremost chefs, community leaders, award-winning architects, and other good-hearted and accomplished volunteers are awakening their inner architects to raise funds to fight homelessness for Sweet Homes 2003. Chefs from restaurants like Avenue One at the Hyatt Regency Boston, Bomboa, Bricco, Clio, Hamersley’s, Icarus, Julien at Le Meridien, Meritage, Mistral, Oleana, Olives and Tremont 647 will be turning their talent to gingerbread houses and other confectionary dwellings. The houses will be exhibited at some of Boston’s most popular restaurants and hotels through December 11th and available for purchase at auction starting December 2nd.

All proceeds go to The Sweet Home Project, an alliance between Dancing Deer Baking Company and One Family Campaign. The Sweet Home Project helps homeless families find jobs and move into stable lives and homes of their own by providing funding for education, job training, childcare and housing assistance.
