Chefs from across the country, including some of Boston’s best, have culled their favorite recipes for Cooking from the Heart, a collaborative cookbook benefiting Share Our Strength. Seasonal offerings, comfort foods and family classics – each original recipe is accompanied by a first hand account the story behind the dish. The new book is unique not only for its intimate chorus of chefs’ voices and its outstanding collection of delicious, and previously unpublished recipes, but also because a portion of the book’s proceeds benefit Share Our Strength, one of the nation’s preeminent anti-hunger, anti-poverty organizations.
