Monday, December 8th – The 2nd Annual Red Meat Cigars & Whiskey Dinner – A four-course dinner of dishes like venison & wild boar sausage, Texas antelope from Broken Arrow Ranch. Start with a single malt scotch; round out the evening with a specially selected cognac – cigars on each end, of course. Cost is $100.00 per person (includes dinner, before/after dinner beverage selection and cigars) plus tax and gratuity. The doors open at 6:30pm.
Monday, December 15th – Wok this Way Again – Crawley teaches user-friendly Asian dishes such as fresh spring rolls with minted chicken and cilantro, Hong Kong noodles with flank steak & wild mushrooms, and crispy dessert wontons with ginger ice cream and macadamia nuts.
