Flammekueche Bar at Sandrine’s

Chef Raymond Ost’s new Flammekeuche Bar at Sandrine’s is like a little slice of France right in Harvard Square. The Flammekeuche Bar will be featuring four varieties of the crispy, Alsatian flatbread “pizzas”: Traditional Flammekueche, with hickory smoked bacon, fromage blanc and caramelized onions; Mushroom, with smoked bacon and Parisian mushrooms; Fresh Asparagus, with sliced asparagus, caramelized onions and feta goat cheese and the Merguez with spicy harissa lamb sausage with caramelized onions. Sandrine’s is currently offering diners a Flammekueche of their choice, a simple green salad with Dijon & mehlfor vinaigrette and a glass of Tutz Alsatian beer or a glass of pinot blanc for $21.00 (excluding tax and gratuity).
