August Crab Festival at Magnolias

Magnolias celebrates their 10th Birthday all month long with their August Crab Festival menu. From August 5th through August 30th chef John Silberman will be using fresh Louisiana crabmeat flown directly from the Bayou State in menu items like lump crabmeat surrounded by Bloody Mary salsa, hearts of palm and avocado, dressed with lime vinaigrette or the Crab Combo Plate – crispy-fried soft shells, honey-marinated crab fingers, Maryland crab cakes, Jonah crab claws and crab imperial.
